  State Farm is over priced it was no value for what I was paying with them. I contacted Ryan and his staff and they didn't make an attempt to retain my business. That was truly okay with me; I switched companies and inquired through email since I cancelled my policy with them three days into the month about my refund since the had taken it from my bank account. No one could provide me with the amount I am to be refunded only I have to wait and receive it in the mail. That is by far poor customer service. State Farm as a company along with this Agent does not strive on making it easy for their customers. If they don't have the information they should be able to obtain the information and follow up with their customer. Poor customer service and I wouldn't recommend this agency or State Farm to anyone.

  Bryan Walton is a great guy to work with. I recently bought my first home and he made this process as simple as he could for me with a cheaper rate than others. I was so impressed that I added three vehicles on the policy as well. Ryan Nichols State Farm is a great choice for your insurance needs. You can trust that they will protect what you work hard for.

  Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. They have always helped me with any problems or questions I've had. They make you feel like they actually care about you. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!

  We switched all of our coverage from two separate insurance agents to Ryan, 2012 when we got married. It took more than 6 months for his office to get all our vehicles and home covered properly and provide us with documentation. Now after 3 years of paying what we thought was too much, we shopped around and found we were right. Back in March of 2015 we switched all of our auto and home insurance over to Farm Bureau. Now we pay half of what we were paying Ryan Nichols and have more coverage on a few, for less money. We called Ryan Nichols office in March to cancel all of our policies, and advise them of the switch. We called our mortgage company and advise them of the new insurance carrier they would need to send the home owners insurance payment to. All should have been fine, we have notified everyone of the change. But Ryan Nichols office never ended our coverage. They sent bills to our mortgage company claiming that they still carried our home owners insurance, and our mortgage went up because we were now paying for double coverage out of escrow. Ryan Nichols office refuses to refund the money they fraudulently obtained for coverage that was cancelled.
