- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Stay away. He will trick you into adding insurance you don't need just to make more money. He also is racist, poor, and homophobic as I've heard at least 5 incidences of him speaking in a derogatory manner about people who fall in these catagories. If he can't get more out of you than home or auto insurance, he will advise agents not to let them have auto or home insurance through State Farm. If you ever try to work there, do not expect to receive any training whatsoever but will be expected to perform as if you had worked for him in 10 years. Believe me, if you like State Farm, SWITCH AGENTS. If you don't like State Farm, go to farm bureau or Direct. You'll actually be taken care of there (farm bureau is your best bet, they help in any way possible at any time).
