    Don't mind to pay for the ticket for my expired tags. What is mind blowing is that the court is supposed to start at 9am. It is now 10:00am, the room is full, no judge. I feel the respect from the court.

    You must show up at 9. The judge has until around 10 to show up. Judge Roson is beyond fair.
