- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I walked in and asked for notary services. I was told they could do it. That typically it is by appointment only on Saturday. That she would help who was here first in line behind me, two other people. I said that is fine. 4 more customers walked in after the two she helped. She continued to help them and when I had asked are you going to have me wait until you're closed at 3pm when I got here at 1pm. She said I am going to take care of my line first. Then said that's why we do appointment only for notaries on Saturday. I was simply asking since she acted like I was non existent and if I was going to be waiting here until 3pm. I have worked in customer service and never would have talked to a customer that way or I'm sure muy boss would not employee me.By Katrina Smith, December 08, 2016
