  Terrible,awful,and racist,at 2 minutes until 5 on a Friday afternoon,there was a customer in the lobby,and they had one of the clerk's up front blocking/holding the door closed.... Long story short,the door keeper lady would not let me in to cash my paycheck even tho there was a customer already inside,and a couple of minutes to spare... It would have been a simple straight forward transaction,but instead they chose to be rude... I'd rather pay to cash my check somewhere else than to ever step foot inside another SunTrust Bank ever again....

  I bank at the Oak Ridge Kroger Branch, and they moved Michelle from Oak Ridge to Knoxville Broadway bank and now I do and want all my banking done from this office, because I know they have the best now. She need to be cloned and send us one of her back. I understand but I tell you can't get the kind of service Micelle gives customer. You people like Corporate and Upper Management think you know well you don't, the customer knows. I'm sure there will be customers like me looking for Michelle, my account was set up before it became Suntrust and I will not change it nor should you. I will be banking at the Broadway from now on. No I don't have a lot of money, but Ive been a customer for years I love Suntrust. Watch out don't try to fix anything when it's not broken.
