  Great firm, and they care about making sure you are restored and bankruptcy free. They explain everything that is going on and asked of you, that way you are never left in the dark. :)

  This was the most pleasant experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and I never felt judged! Richard Mayer was GREAT! He was very welcoming and SO down to earth. I felt a great deal of confidence after speaking with him. He was honest in his recommendation and gave me advice that quite literally changed my life. He knows the law inside and out, and gave me several options to resolve my financial issues. After telling me that I didn't need to file bankruptcy (which shows how much integrity he has), he charged me nothing for the appointment! If I DID need to file bankruptcy, I know who I would work with! Go see them! You have nothing to lose by making an appointment and consultations are always free!   I originally worked with Mr. Mayer and a problem arose with my case. Before the problem actually became an issue I immediately called the office and was promptly given a phone appointment as soon as possible with Mr. Newton. My problem was resolved within 5 minutes of talking to him. I was given the next available appointment(truly I don't know if this was the next available or not because it just happened so quickly it was almost as if a schedule was adjusted to meet my needs!) Every thing moved so quickly that I can say I was honestly in no danger of losing anything. My creditors were in somewhat disbelief that we had headed this issue off and it hadn't even happened yet! The staff is nothing but professional and you are treated with the utmost respect by the most understanding people I've ever witnessed in a law office. From the receptionist to the attorneys themselves you feel like they truly have your best interest at heart. Bankruptcy is a humiliating thing. If you want to be treated more like a friend than just a case then this IS THE PLACE TO GO. I can't express how impressed I am with the whole staff of Mayer and Newton! If you have had sleepless nights worrying about losing what you've worked so hard for you definitely need to contact Mayer and Newton. I promise you will sleep better than you have in months by the time you leave their office. They are willing to stay late or do whatever it takes to give you the peace of mind that you work so hard for in life. Nobody should be threatened by their creditors because life has thrown them a curve ball. Mayer and Newton is your answer. Sleep well. :)
