  Within 1 year and 3 months of "service" I have had to call often for one reason or another; issues with the payment draft, not picking up trash with no explanation as to why, NEVER returning calls, broke the wheel off of a container and left it for weeks upon weeks even with me calling for a replacement. Always saying we'll take care of that immediately...which may or may not happen within a week or two. I suspect that residential trash pickup is of little concern to this company. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. Keep in mind, I'm patient and polite and my payment is drafted so always punctual...to no avail. I called today to cancel my service as they did not pick up last week and did not come after I called and they assured me they would come...nope. Since a new bank draft had just occurred and I have received no service, I asked for a refund along with the cancellation. When I questioned as to whether or not they would indeed call back (a manager has to approve the refund) I was ASSURED...making a special note...Guess what...NO CALL. For those looking for trash service, keep looking. This is the very first time in my life that I have ever felt the need to post a negative note. For the record, the Knoxville service reps are polite.

  We pay our taxes and i feel like we should have better service. You cant leave trash when were paying for removal. Theres times when people have more trash.

  I live in the rural route of Lenoir City and have never had an issue with my service. I agreed to a 3 year contract and agreed to the yearly price (which goes up by maybe $5 per quarter one time a year) when I signed up. The way I see it is if they are going to be able to give raises to the good employees and keep them around then we (the customer) should expect to pay just a little more from time to time. The job of driving that big truck and picking up trash isn't one I would want and I think whoever they employ for my route does a great job.
