  Most of the employees in this store are extremely rude. Cameron is about the worst every time i go in there. They charge you $2.50 for "computer usage" just to get on your email to print a label. Then they charge you another dollar just to print the label. & don't forget tape, cuz that will be another $2.00. The service here has always been terrible & somehow they still manage to stay in business. I drove out of my way to the fedex store instead, where everything is free & their employees treat their customers how they should. Big roll of tape at fed ex store is FREE. packaging is free. Employee's were very happy helpful. We all laughed at this ups store when i told them the story.. Will NEVER visit this store again.

  I always receive good service. Terri is helpful. I do not understand the bad reviews. If I need something I expect to pay for the service. The rates are fair and I don't expect stuff free. So I am happy to do business here it is easy, quick and convenient.

  Love the store. Everyone is nice and I see the same people every time I come in and they are always polite. They do charge a $1 for taping but it goes to toys for tots, so I am happy to donate. If I am shipping with them I have never been charged though. I like that I never wait over 5 minutes to be waited on.

  This store always provides good service, fast. Last time I was in, Terri helped me and I was in and out in 5 minutes.
