- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The Assistant Branch Manager is the problem. Totally arrogant and acts like he is too good to do his job every time the manager is not in! This location is less than a mile from me but I will never go there again after several run ins with this jerk. Instead, I drive to any other branch just to avoid him.
